An hour online with a T&O registrar who has been through this interview, spent however it will help you most.

Sessions can cover the interview end to end: how to approach each of the four stations, structuring answers under time pressure, working through clinical and prioritisation scenarios with feedback between attempts, sharpening your commitment to speciality answers, or reviewing your portfolio and self-assessment evidence before you upload it. Some people book early to set their overall strategy; others book close to interview for intensive practice on the stations that worry them. You set the agenda and the hour is built around it.

Coaching is deliberately different from the mock. A mock tells you where you stand under exam conditions. Coaching is where you work on what it found, at your pace, with the ability to stop, repeat and refine.
