ACF Course

A one day course, live online, on getting an Academic Clinical Fellowship.

The day covers the whole process: finding the posts worth applying to on Oriel, what a strong application form actually contains, and how to run the academic application alongside clinical benchmarking without one damaging the other. The rest of the day works on the interview: presenting your research experience under questioning, critical appraisal at pace, the why academia and why now questions, and the clinical component.

It is taught by NHS doctors who came through ACF recruitment themselves. Your seat includes the recording of the day, and one ACF mock interview to use when you are ready for it.
